En tant qu'ingénieur-e viti-vinicole au sein du service de l'agronomie vous devrez :
-définir, adapter et mettre en oeuvre, avec les différents partenaires publics et privés de la Confédération et du canton, les conditions-cadres, les soutiens économiques et les mesures de contrôles en lien avec le secteur viti-vinicole;
-développer et adapter la politique cantonale du secteur viti-vinicole et négocier au besoin les orientations projetées avec les milieux professionnels;
-communiquer aux milieux concernés les évolutions apportées aux conditions-cadres et répondre au besoin aux sollicitations des médias;
-définir les processus de travail en matière de contrôle de la vendange et participer à la définition des spécifications métier visant à adapter et à faire évoluer les outils de travail. Tenir à jour divers registres ou statistiques des exploitants et des encaveurs.
-tenir à jour les plans du cadastre viticole, de la zone viticole protégée et des indications géographiques et assurer leur publication. Assainir l'ensemble de ces périmètres en fonction du géoréférencement du registre des vignes.
-assurer le secrétariat de la commission d'experts du cadastre viticole (organisation et préparation des séances, rédaction des PV, correspondance, paiement des jetons de présence, rapports annuels, etc.).
-proposer et mettre en oeuvre, en coordination avec les milieux professionnels, des mesures de soutien spécifiques en fonction de la situation économique résultant du marché, de l'année climatique ou encore de facteurs externes.
-déterminer les moyens financiers nécessaires, gérer les budgets alloués et verser les aides aux bénéficiaires.
-gérer le fonds viti-vinicole, établir les décomptes annuels et les diffuser aux intéressés.Expérience demandéeFormation:
-Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur-e en viticulture et oenologie ou d'ingénieur-e agronome (Hes-so, EPF ou formation jugée équivalente).
-Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine.
Connaissances spécifiques:
-Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projet impliquant divers partenaires.
-Bonne maîtrise des chiffres ainsi que des outils nécessaires à la présentation de résultats.
-Connaissances de l'allemand.
-Aisance rédactionnelle.

4. Excellent knowledge of Excel and solid experience with statistical software (e.g. R, eViews, Stata, etc.) as well as data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
5. Good knowledge and practical experience of statistical analysis and techniques.
