    En tant qu'ingénieur-e viti-vinicole au sein du service de l'agronomie vous devrez :

    -définir, adapter et mettre en oeuvre, avec les différents partenaires publics et privés de la Confédération et du canton, les conditions-cadres, les soutiens économiques et les mesures de contrôles en lien avec le secteur viti-vinicole;
    -développer et adapter la politique cantonale du secteur viti-vinicole et négocier au besoin les orientations projetées avec les milieux professionnels;
    -communiquer aux milieux concernés les évolutions apportées aux conditions-cadres et répondre au besoin aux sollicitations des médias;
    -définir les processus de travail en matière de contrôle de la vendange et participer à la définition des spécifications métier visant à adapter et à faire évoluer les outils de travail. Tenir à jour divers registres ou statistiques des exploitants et des encaveurs.
    -tenir à jour les plans du cadastre viticole, de la zone viticole protégée et des indications géographiques et assurer leur publication. Assainir l'ensemble de ces périmètres en fonction du géoréférencement du registre des vignes.
    -assurer le secrétariat de la commission d'experts du cadastre viticole (organisation et préparation des séances, rédaction des PV, correspondance, paiement des jetons de présence, rapports annuels, etc.).
    -proposer et mettre en oeuvre, en coordination avec les milieux professionnels, des mesures de soutien spécifiques en fonction de la situation économique résultant du marché, de l'année climatique ou encore de facteurs externes.
    -déterminer les moyens financiers nécessaires, gérer les budgets alloués et verser les aides aux bénéficiaires.
    -gérer le fonds viti-vinicole, établir les décomptes annuels et les diffuser aux intéressés.
    Expérience demandée
    Formation:
    -Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur-e en viticulture et oenologie ou d'ingénieur-e agronome (Hes-so, EPF ou formation jugée équivalente).
    -Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine.

    Connaissances spécifiques:
    -Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projet impliquant divers partenaires.
    -Bonne maîtrise des chiffres ainsi que des outils nécessaires à la présentation de résultats.
    -Connaissances de l'allemand.
    -Aisance rédactionnelle.

    Compétences particulières liées au poste:
    -Leadership.
    -Aptitude à travailler et à entrer en contact avec le monde professionnel agricole.
    -Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse afin de développer et mettre en oeuvre les actions à mener.
    -Sens de l'organisation et de l'initiative.

    Connaissances informatiques :
    -Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel, Outlook), y compris géomatiques.

    Under the supervision of the Director General and the direct authority of the Scientific and Technical Director, to participate in the smooth running of the OIV's scientific activity and mainly to lead the Safety and Health Commission and the dependent groups of experts.

    And more precisely :

    To provide the secretariat for the Safety and Health Commission and related expert groups, such as
    Food safety
    Consumption, nutrition and health
    - To assist the Chairs of the Commission, Sub- Commission and Expert Groups in planning and organising working meetings
    - Maintain, by assisting the Chairmen, consistency between the work of the Commission and the OIV Strategic Plan
    - To provide scientific and technical expertise in guiding and carrying out the work of the Commission and the expert groups, particularly in the field of
    o consumer behaviour
    o the health effects of moderate wine consumption
    o public health policies related to alcohol consumption
    - To participate, in close liaison with the Scientific Director and the other heads of unit of the OIV, in the follow-up of inter-commission work
    - Participate with the other Heads of Unit of the OIV in coordination meetings
    - Organise the compilation and dissemination of working documentation
    - Support the Commission's activities by collecting and analysing information that could have an impact on the wine sector
    - Ensure the updating and dissemination of information and publications related to the activities of the Commission and the Sub- Commission, as well as their posting on the OIV website
    - Carry out other related tasks as may be assigned
    Expérience demandée
    1 - be a citizen of one of the member countries of the Organisation
    2 - A scientific background with at least a Master's degree in science or equivalent and strong skills in understanding the sociological and behavioural issues related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages
    3 - Knowledge of the wine sector
    4 - At least 3 years of professional experience
    5 - Excellent knowledge of at least 2/3 official languages of the Organisation (English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish) and knowledge of others is highly desirable.

    Vineyard environment and climate change Vine protection and wood diseases Genetic resources and vine breeding
    - To assist the Chairs of the Commission, Sub- Commission and Expert Groups in planning and organising working meetings
    - Maintain, by assisting the Chairmen, coherence between the work of the Commission and the sub- commission and the OIV Strategic Plan
    - To provide scientific and technical expertise in guiding and carrying out the work of the Commission and the sub-commission and expert groups
    - To participate, in close liaison with the Scientific Director and the other heads of unit of the OIV, in the follow-up of inter-commission work

    5. Maintain appropriate technical documentation on data series and write methodological notes on OIV statistics.
    6. Participate in the maintenance of the statistical database

    8. Exploit the data by developing statistical indicators, graphs and thematic maps.
    9. Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of sectoral data to identify trends in series and key developments.
    10. Contribute to the preparation and production of OIV publications and statistical presentations.
    11. Contribute to the preparation and organisation of press conferences and webinars.
    12. Contribute to the activities of the OIV Expert Group on Statistics and related working groups.
    13. Perform any other related tasks and secretarial work that may be assigned.
     
    Expérience demandée
    1 - University degree in a relevant field (statistics, economics or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
    2. National of an OIV Member State
    3. Excellent command of English and good knowledge of at least one other official language (French, German, Russian, Spanish and Italian).
    4. Excellent knowledge of Excel and solid experience with statistical software (e.g. R, eViews, Stata, etc.) as well as data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
    5. Good knowledge and practical experience of statistical analysis and techniques.
    6. Good writing and reporting skills.
    7. Good oral communication skills
    8. Knowledge of the vine and wine sector would be an advantage.

    Winzer / Rebmeister 80-100% (m/w/d)

    für den Aussenbetrieb. Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch, sind Winzer, Techniker, Meister oder haben ein fachbezogenes Studium absolviert.

    In dieser Position sind Sie hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:
    - Durchführung aller im Aussenbetrieb anfallenden Maschinen- und
    Handarbeiten
    - Sichere Bedienung aller für den Weinbau erforderlichen Maschinen und
    Geräte
    - Selbständiges Anleiten von Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden
    - Aufsicht und Durchführung von weinbaulichen und wissenschaftlichen
    Projekten
    - Aktive Mitarbeit im Kurswesen und Mitwirken bei Veranstaltungen,
    Führungen, Degustationen

    Wir erwarten:
